Follow your HEART

I am convinced that each of us, as college-trained women, acquirethe mental capacity to be extraordinary leaders in the global community. As we progress as a sisterhood in our Second Century, my charge is simple: Follow your HEART!

The heart is one of the most important organs of the human body. Though it is a small organ, the heart pumps all the blood the body needs to properly function. When the heart stops beating, life reaches its end.

The HEART of ESP, developed by our visionary leader, is both pioneering and prophetic. Matthew 12:34 states, "out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks." The virtues of the heart are reflected in behavior. HEART issues help us to properly confront hard issues.

Allow your HEART to control your actions. Choose to allow empathy to nurture your desire to reach back and help others succeed.

Do not let your HEART be troubled. Let love propel you forward rather than fear and impulse.

Take care of your HEART. Physical, mental and spiritual wellness is not an option. Do whatever it takes to sustain the best YOU.

Dig deep in the HEART to find sisterly love and compassion.

Guard your HEART. Protect the things that you love and hold dear.

Speak from the HEART. Watch how your words and deeds affect those around you.

Mend broken HEARTS. Matters of the heart outweigh negativity, discord and strife. We must use our HEART to unite and serve mankind.
